We keep the legitimate interests of our users in mind at all times and any data/ Personal Information/ Sensitive Personal Information, collection and processing is done in accordance with the applicable law. Availing our Services requires you to receive text messages or emails (from us or third-party service providers) with One-Time Passwords (OTPs) for the purposes of registering on the Portal for availing the Services.

3. INFORMATION THAT IS GENERATED BY YOU WHILE AVAILING THE SERVICES

We understand that you would be uploading or transmitting audition tapes, data, information, text, images, audio, photographs, graphics, video, messages, tags, or other materials to or through the Portal ("User Provided Content"). All such User Provided Content are stored either locally on your device or on our cloud servers/ or related digital platforms.

4. TECHNICAL INFORMATION COLLECTED BY US THROUGH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES

Certain type of technical information is automatically collected by us when you use the Portal or any of the Services available on the Portal. Such technical information includes information about the type of device (such as unique device ID, network connection type, provider, network and Device performance, Device’s geographic location, browser type, operating system, version of the Portal) on which the Portal or our Services are being accessed on. All information is collected with your consent pursuant to your acceptance of the EULA.

5. HOW WE COLLECT AND SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

5.1. Upon your agreement to share your personal information While using our Portal, you may have the opportunity to opt-in to receive information and/or notifications or listings offer for audition from someone else on our behalf or from us or to otherwise consent to the sharing of your Personal Information/ Sensitive Personal Information, with a third-party. If you agree to have your Personal Information/ Sensitive Personal Information shared, your Personal Information/ Sensitive Personal Information will be disclosed to the third-party and the Personal Information/ Sensitive Personal Information you disclose will be subject to this Policy and business practices of that third-party. In addition, if you choose to register for a promotion, or an audition or any competition, prize draw or contest, your Personal Information/ Sensitive Personal Information may be disclosed to third parties for the purposes of administration of such promotions.

5.2. For contests and promotions The Portal may offer auditions, contests, and other promotions (“Contest”) that may require registration. If you choose to enter a Contest, your Personal Information/ Sensitive Personal Information may be disclosed to third parties in connection with the administration of such Contest, such as in connection with winner selection, prize fulfillment, such as on a winners list, and as required by law. By entering a Contest, you are agreeing to the official rules that govern that Contest, which may contain specific requirements from you, including, except where prohibited by law, allowing the sponsor and/or other parties to use your name, voice and/or likeness in advertising or marketing materials.
